# Going live

Partners need to follow the below steps prior to going live (please contact healthpartnerships@tyro.com in regards to completing all the following steps:

1. Discuss API License and Services Agreement
2. Undergo a testing and certification process
3. Once certified we will provision an appID for you in our production environment
4. We require a partner’s production domains for our whitelist, as well as a high resolution logo and description of their software to be used on our integrated partners page.
5. In some cases, we may support go to market activities.
